I was looking for a functional, quality leather laptop case, and this one met my needs. I have plenty of room in the various pockets for everything I need to haul including a full sized laptop. The carry strap is comfortable, bag hangs well over the shoulder, all zippers and compartments close well. It also has zips to dock it on my travel luggage handle. It's been a year and it has held up nicely. I had one small issue with a leather zipper pull coming off the zipper and getting lost. I contacted the company fully expecting to pay for a replacement, and they quickly sent me a few spare pulls free of cost. Excellent customer service. Overall I'm super happy with my purchase, and happy that this company stands by their product.
