Chill Sack 5' Giant Memory Foam Bean Bag Chair - Soft Microfiber Cover (Red) for Living Room, Game Room & Dorm Comfort

I’ve had this for nearly 3 months now and it have to say, I love it. I initially was looking into the LoveSac and had sticker shock at the price. So reading reviews on alternatives, I selected this.Assembly: it’s just me and my Crazy Cat so I didn’t find it difficult to put it together. A tip I found on YouTube is to put the cover on BEFORE it expands and it makes it easier. I took out a lot of anger kicking, punching and kickboxing the bag and it expanded overnight. After 3 days I could see I needed more memory foam stuffing to get it to a fullness that will support my queen size stature. Anyway, it has been a nice and cozy space to sit by the fireplace and relax after a hard day or read a book.Comfort: with the memory foam it is very comfy. I’ve fallen asleep a couple of times and at night Crazy has chosen this as HIS bed (never mind all the cat beds he has).Note: you do need to fluff it occasionally by rolling it and squishing it but it fits nicely with my place.When I first got the chair, I did as other reviewers had suggested, and painstakingly pulled apart the foam. I did this with the bag zipped as it would make a horrid mess if I hadn't. The chair then rose steadily and by the next morning "appeared " very full. Unfortunately every time I sat in it, I sank right to the floor and it was not comfortable at ALL. I am not exactly a large person either. I waited a full week to see if it would rise anymore...it did not.So again, I did as other reviewers suggested and ordered another 10 lbs of foam. I had seen some people who stated that they contacted the manufacturer and were sent more foam for free. However, I could NOT find a way to contact them. I searched for hours. It is not on the site at all or in any of the papers that arrived with the chair. So I decided to purchase it, otherwise the chair would not have worked for me at all.Some people have stated that their zipper is broken and they can't open the bag to add more foam...the zipper intentionally does not come with the hook so that it can't be accidentally unzipped. Trust me you don't want that crap all over your floor. It came with an extra one in the box that I attached to it. It DOES open. Unzip the top one all the way and there is another zipper underneath that opens from the opposite end. (So the bottom zipper opens from the ending point of the top one)Anyway, the 10 lbs of foam made a HUGE difference and it is now extremely comfortable. I deducted 1 star because I should not have had to spend another 50 bucks to finish filling the chair. I may even add another 5 lbs of foam to it to give it just a bit more support. My 8yr old son has declared that he is spending the rest of his life on this chair and I think he's serious because he has barely gotten off of it since I got it. Lol. The 5ft chair can comfortably fit myself, my 8yr old and my yorkie dog with some room to spare.All in all, I am very happy with my purchase. I just wish it would have come with enough foam to fill it. I would reccomend the chair...but order more foam. You will need it!Very nice to sit in. Memory foam takes a while to get to shape. After it's done. Love the seatIt needs to come with more foam but it’s all right. I nap in this with my cats. My cats love it.The first picture is a close up of the material. It is soft and so far seems of good quality. Is it heavy? Of course, how it could not be? But my husband and I opened it up, put the inner bag in a couple of hours before and didn’t even bothered with the foam and this is what we got. Easy, comfy and we all love it. I don’t know if I will need some more filling because it has been only a couple of days since I have it, but it is as good as they come.We have 5` sack and is very comfy. The foam approach to bean bags is a nice change. Plenty of room for dad and two, three year olds, My only complaint is the zipper on the cover. It no longer stays connected at bottom and we have had it for 47 days (although ithe issue started last week). Specifically, the zipper separates at the wrong end which resembles the shape of a flux capacitor then swallow you whole. The kids now climb into it as if it's a furry blanket. I really don't know what to do other than somehow seal the bottom end of the zipper so it does not come separated...or worse...purchase a new cover with no guaranty will not do the same thing. It`s too bad..this bag is comfortable and the family loves it.Bought it as a gift for my sister for her new apt. It's so comfortable that she sleep there as much as her bed (if not more).My daughter loves this! It was bought to be a "chair" for her room, and it has become a second bed! Everyone loves this: the teenage girls, the pre-teen girls, the dogs - it's a home run with all! It is not filled with beans it is filled with memory foam like stuff. You will need to let it expand/grow. I threw it on top of my king sized bed, and we moved it around, flipped it over, etc until it was done! Easy to put the cover on, a little cumbersome but not heavy or difficult. Cover is WASHABLE! BIG PERK. You do however have to dry it on low or air dry. I've washed it once since owning (dogs, grrr) and chose to air dry and it feels just as soft an amazing as it did before! It's a big investment for what you think you are getting, but it's a big hit!Let us start with the product itself: you are buying industrial waste packaged in a bag. Do not think you will get foam beads or event clear cut cubes inside this thing. They just found a way to sell you leftover foam from other products, some parts having terrible shapes that will make the chair full of uncomfortable hard bumps. Mine also did not get anywhere as big as the picture you are looking at, even after weeks.The cover is also made from a cheap material. Mine even came with a tear in the fabric.When I asked for a refund, they told me I had to send the product back in the box it was packaged in. I told them 3 times that it was expanding foam that was industrially compressed and that it was impossible to send back in the original packaging (or another one, for that matter, seeing how big it gets once removed from the package).So they basically sell you their industrial waste while making sure it's technically impossible for you to get a refund.They at least gave me 60$ back, and even with that, I find that this product should at the utmost be priced around 100$. It's basically a scam, imho.Très confortable on y dort bien
